- Prepare Already washed Bitter leaf 1 full cup
- Get Coco yam (enough to thicken your soup)
- Prepare Palm oil half cup
- Provide 1 cup Crayfish

- Wash dry fish, stockfish,cow tail, cow beef properly and set aside.
- Pound onion and crayfish together and also set aside
- Wash and boil your cocoyam until very tender then pound smoothly and also set aside.
- Put the cow tail, stock fish and beef in a pot, add water,salt, 2 maggi cubes and chopped onions and put on fire to boil until tender
- Once they are tender, you add the dry fish and allow for 2 minutes then add your grinded crayfish and pepper, add the grinded cocoyam and palmoil then cover and allow to boil for 5 minutes
- Add the bitter leaf and more maggi and salt(If necessary) and leave for another 10 mins. Your bitter leaf soup is ready to be served.
