- In grated purple cabbage add 1/4 tsp of salt,mix well and keep aside.
- In mixing thali mix besan, wheat flour, green chillies ginger paste, dhaniya jeera powder and red chilli powder.
- Add oil on it, mix grated purple cabbage with flours mixture..to make a soft dough. Add salt to taste if necessary.
- Divide prepare dough into 3 equal portions. Roll into cylindrical shape rolls as shown. Place on thali with holes for steaming muthiya. Place this in steamer, steam for 20 mins. Cool before cutting into pieces.
- In small tadka pan add & heat ghee. Add mustard, cumin and sesame seeds. As splutter add curry leaves and off the flame. Pour this tempering on cut muthiya pieces. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
