- In a large bowl, add moong dal and wash it a few time with sufficient water. Soak it with water for 3-4 hourstake a mixture jar add a moongdal and rofully crushed moongdal.
- Add half boil chopped red cabbage, green chilli, and add chopped Coriander. Add amchur, and salt Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
