- Prepare 1 lb. bacon, diced
- Use 1 small onion, chopped
- Use 1 cup carrots, diced
- Take 1 cup celery, diced

- Provide 3 (15.5 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained
- Get 1 (15 oz.) can Tomato sauce

- Dice bacon and cook over medium high heat in a large Dutch oven.
- When cooked and crispy, place in a paper towel lined bowl and set aside.
