- Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove,
- Add ginger garlic past and cook the 5 - 7 minute add chicken with salt,chili powder, chilli flasks,haldi powder,corianderpowder,chopped tomatoes,garam masala,drie plum,green chilli powder,yogurt,mint,coriander leaves and cover
- Cook till meat tender and cook very well.
- Boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.
- In a pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top
- Add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with color,suger put on dum for 15 minutes. now ready to chicken biryani.
