  2. Prepare 250 gram paneer
  3. Take 1 chopped onion
  4. Provide 4 grinded tomatoes

  8. Use 1 cup water

  1. Wash the palak atleast two,three times with fresh water.
  2. Drain out the water & put it in the cooker with grated ginger, chopped green chilies& 1 cup of water.
  3. Cover with lid & after a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Take a karahi,pour 2 tbsp of ghee in it with chopped onions & grated garlic.
  5. Cook till it becomes pink in colour,now add grinded tomatoes with salt & red chilli powder.
  6. Cook till oil spreads from the corners.
  7. Open the cooker & let it cool down. Grind the palak in mixie & make a smooth paste.
  8. Add grinded palak to the cooked paste.
  9. Mix well & covered with the plate. Cook till all the water is absorbed.
  10. Cut the paneer in cube shape & add to the palak puree. Cook for 2 minutes.
