- You need 4 Tomatoes medium sized
- Take 1 Carrot grated medium sized
- Take 1/2 pc Beetroot grated
- Take 2 tsp Pumpkin grated
- Provide 1 tbsp Butter
- Take 1 Bayleaf chopped
- Get 1/2 cup Water
- Take as needed Coriander leaves
- You need to taste Salt-
- You need 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- Provide 2 tsp Sugar
- Get 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- Get 200 gm PANEER cut in small squares for garnishing

- You need 1 cup Bread croutons (toasted or fried) as you wish for garnishing
