- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in pan. Add chopped onions, garlic and sauté them for few seconds on medium heat. Then add all the chopped veggies.
- Sauté the veggies for a minute or two. Add some salt, black pepperand chopped ginger.
- Add 2-3 cups of water. Add some mixed herbs. Let it boil.
- Cover it with lid for atleast 5 mins (medium low heat). After then you can add some corn flour slurry (1 tsp + 2 tsp of water), this is optional. Mix well and again cover it the lid for 1-2 mins (low flame).
