The ingredients needed to make Nigerian White Soup:
- Take 1 kg cow head meat
- Take 3 big pieces of stockfish
- Use 2 smoked catfish
- Provide 1 handful dried oporo
- Prepare 1 handful yellow pepper

- Provide 2-3 slices yam
- Take 2 pieces utazi leaves
- Take 1 bunch uziza leaves

- Wash the cowhead and stockfish thoroughly and transfer to a pot 2 cups of water. Add some sliced onions and allow to cook.
- Add the cut yam to the cooking meat. Once the yam is cooked, remove from the pot and transfer to a mortar. Pound till smooth, but not too smooth like pounded yam, set aside.
