  1. Take 1 kg cow head meat
  2. Take 3 big pieces of stockfish
  3. Use 2 smoked catfish
  4. Provide 1 handful dried oporo
  5. Prepare 1 handful yellow pepper

  7. Provide 2-3 slices yam

  1. Wash the cowhead and stockfish thoroughly and transfer to a pot 2 cups of water. Add some sliced onions and allow to cook.
