- Chickpeas take 2 hour to cook.. Now add potatoes in it(cut in 4 pieces)
- Again cook for 15min until tender..
- Cut tomatoes in cubes..
- Take gram flour dissolve in some water..
- Now in a pan heat oil(1/4cup) and add curry leaves..
- When aroma start add tomatoes cubes..
- When tomatoes soft add gram flour and cook for 5 min..
- Add little water as well to make it smooth..
- Now add all spices: salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder and black pepper..
- Bhounfy well..
- Now add tamarind pulp..
- Cook for 2,3 min..
- Add potaoes cubes and chickpeas along with it's water..
- Mix and cover For 10min on low flame..
- Now cut all veggies: onion,tomato,green chillies,mint and Coriander.. mix it..
- Assembling: take chickpeas in a bowl add veggies Then sprinkle some chat masala.. Serve with papri..
