- First for the soup. In a pan add little oil then add the chopped onions. Saute it. Then add chopped ginger, garlic, bay leaf, black peppercorn and coriander leaves steam. Stir it for 3-4 mins.
- Then add the tomatoes, add salt and sugar. Stir it. Add 1 tbsp of butter. Let it cook for 5 mins. Then add water to it. Cover and let it cook for at least 20-25 mins. Now let it cool. - Now for the croutons add olive oil. Then add the small pcs of bread. Toss it. Add dried parsley, thyme, oregano, salt and red chilli flakes. Fry it till it becomes crispy. But don't burn it.
- Now serve the soup with the croutons. Add fresh cream to the soup before serving.
