- Method for curry: - In a blender put besan,yogurt, green chillies, garlic cloves,Turmeric powder, salt,water 1 cup and blend untill everything is blended well. - In a deep pot heat oil,add zeera,curry leaves & button red chillies and when they start to crack put the concoction from the blender gradually, stirring constantly. Cook on medium flame.when the mixture starts to thicken add 1 cup water.stir cook some more,on low flame,add lemon juice.turn off heat after 5 minutes.
