- Heat 1 tbsp oil and add chopped capsicum,chopped carrot, cabbage and shredded boiled chicken saute until cooked but still crunchy, for approx 2 mins. Keep this aside in plate.
- In deep pot, heat 1 tbsp oil add finely chopped ginger and garlic,saute for 1- 2 mins,add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, tomato ketchup, sugar and red color. Add chicken stock and water cook well.
