- Prepare boiling water
- You need dry astragal root, in slices (milk vetch root)
- You need snow peas, prepared
- Provide mini bok-choy, bottom removed then cut in two length wise

- Prepare green onions (scallions), finely chopped
- Take miso paste
- Use szechuan peppercorns
