- Take Soup Stock of your choice *Today I used Salt Reduced Chicken Stock
- Use Pork *thinly sliced
- You need Cabbage Leaves
- You need Spring Onion *finely chopped

- You need Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
