- Get 1 cup soaked Chana /Black Chickpea
- Provide 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Use 2 green Chilli chopped and sliced
- Provide 1 small bay leaf

- Prepare 1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Take 1 Tomato chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder

- Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Take 1/4 Amchur powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp tea leaf boiled and strained

- Take the soaked Chickpeas in a pressure cooker, add little salt, add the strained tea, and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. Let the pressure release, take out the chickpeas and retain the water if any.
