  1. Take out Dosa batter in a bowl.add salt to taste and water as required to make a proper consistency of Dosa batter

Add in garlic cloves, coconut, curd, red chillies and salt. Add water as required. Grind a smooth paste. Make tempering. Heat oil. Add mustard cumin seeds and then asafoetida. Pour over prepared chutney.

  4. Spread a thick Dosa on a cast iron tawa. Apply some butter over it. Put 1 tsp each vegetables. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp schezwan chutney and 1/2 tsp tomato sauce. Add salt to taste. Mix well with pavbhaji masher. Spread on entire Dosa. Apply some shredded cheese. Cut with spatula. Roll to make fancy Dosa.
