- You need 1 cup Cooked Moong Dal
- Take 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- Provide 1 cup Drumsticks
- Take 1 Chopped Carrot
- You need 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
- Prepare 8-10 Curry Leaves
- Get 2 long drumsticks cut
- Take 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- Prepare 1 tbsp Green Chilli
- Get 1 tbsp Fennel Seed
- Get 1/2 tbsp - Black Pepper
- Prepare Salt as per taste
- You need 1 tbsp Oil
Steps to make Magic Soup:
- In pan add 1tbsp oil, and fry drumstick, carrot, curry leaves, fennel seed, and pepper.
- Now add little water, mix and cover it. Now cook it for 5 min.
- As it's slightly cooked, add ginger, green chilli and tomato.
- As, drumsticks become soften, now add, cooked moong dal, and coconut milk, and salt.
- Again cook for 4-5 min, and remove drumsticks.
- Now blend the dal mixture.
- Now remove seeds of drumsticks, and mix in soup. Soup is ready, serve it.
