  10. Get 1/2 a 15 oz. can of tomatoes
  11. Use 1/2-1 teaspoon cumin
  12. Use 1-2 teaspoons dried oregano
  13. Get 2 bay leaves
  14. Take 3-3.5 teaspoons kosher salt to start
  15. Prepare 1-1.5 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  16. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional for the cilantro haters, of course)
  17. You need 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional, but recommended)
