  2. You need 2 cups Rice
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Fennel seeds

  1. In a bowl add, 2 tbsp fish masala,2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste, 3 tbsp of cooking oil, 1 tbsp of white pepper powder, salt and a dash of vinegar… Mix well,marinate your fish pieces and set aside for 30 mins

  7. Stir and cover to let it cook till it has reduced in half
  8. Add in your fried fish pieces now
  9. Stir gently and let it cook on low heat till cooked. For about 5 mins on low heat. It's ready
  10. For the rice boil 2 cups of water and add a few Fennel seeds, a. Few cumin seeds, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cardamom pods, 2 dry bay leaves and salt.
  11. Let the water come to a boil and add in 2 cups of washed rice.
  12. Cook on it on low heat, till all the water dries up.
  13. Remove it and make holes in the rice using a fork and add orange food coloring into it
  14. Put in the oven for 15 minutes to completely dry up
  15. Your fish biriani is ready. Serve and enjoy with some fried chili
