In a medium flame cook till one whistle remove from gas keep aside. Mean while fry the paneer with some salt and pepper and keep aside.
  5. Open the lid of the pressure cooker add 1 tbsp ghee (optional) put the fried paneer give a stir keep aside. Your Veg Tehri is ready to serve now. enjoy it with onionRaita or plain curd.
