- Heat the ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder kasuri methi, tej patta, cinnamon stick and fry for a minute.
- Now add tomato cashew paste and fry it well. Add red chilli powder and fry till it completely cooked or oil separate.
- Add boiled sweet corn kernels and mix well. Add little water if required. Now add garam masala, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the gas. Sweet corn curry is ready to eat. Serve hot with roti or rice.
